01Born and raised in Kelowna, with a deep appreciation for the Okanagan and the people who call it home. Committed to service that shows up beyond the transaction.
I was an entrepreneur before I was old enough to have a job. A lemonade stand at nine, raising money for a school in Kenya. A first business pitched on Dragons' Den at ten. Since then: an app, a podcast, a published book, a marketing company, and multiple TEDx talks.
That background isn't a highlight reel — it's the reason clients notice three things first. Marketing, because I've spent years selling things that were harder to sell than a house. Negotiation, because I've been on both sides of a deal since I was a kid. And plain communication, because if I can't explain it clearly, I don't understand it well enough to be advising you on it.
Most of this industry is built around the transaction. You get a lot of attention for six weeks and then you never hear from that person again. I've never understood it. The house you just bought is the biggest thing you own, and questions about it don't stop at possession day.
So I stay reachable. I'm the guy you text about a contractor, a property line, a tax notice that doesn't look right, or whether now is actually the time to move. No invoice, no expectation. It's the part of the job I like most, and it's why most of my business comes from people I've already worked with.
Snowboarding, climbing, paragliding, trail running, and the occasional solo trek somewhere with no cell service. A bookshelf that's mostly non-fiction. If you're moving here for the mountains rather than the market, we'll get along.
